Founded in 2002, it is dedicated to improving the practice of bankruptcy procedures, raising awareness of the importance of the role of bankruptcy trustees, and improving their position in the system through strengthening competencies and continuous acquisition of knowledge.

Advocates transparent, proactive and expert management of bankruptcy proceedings through quality professional and human solutions for the benefit of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.
