Zagreb – The Executive Board of the association decided to establish two expert committees of the association in order to address more effectively the inquiries of members related to practice and to coordinate the initiative of the association in improving bankruptcy proceedings.
The committees are divided into two topics: legal and tax accounting, and they consist of members of the association who are prepared to help their colleagues in individual cases, with their experience and knowledge, and thus improve their own expertise.

Zagreb – INSOL Europe, which brings together professionals in insolvency , business reconstruction and recovery, has launched a series of interesting video interviews – webinars, entitled “Coffee breaks: Connecting minds 2021”.
In a half-hour interview, you can find out how individual INSOL member states are coping with the challenges and reforms of the bankruptcy administration framework and legislation.
The President of HUSU and the Coordinator of INSOL Europe for Croatia, Jelenko Lehki, made a video interview with Srđan Šimac, a judge of the High Commercial Court and the President of the Croatian Mediation Association.
