The Association is invited by the Ministry of Justice and Administration to participate in the project “Improvement of the judicial conciliation system in the Republic of Croatia” which the Ministry is implementing in cooperation with the Norwegian Judicial Administration.
The aim of this project is to improve the system of conciliation in the courts, in order to provide citizens and the economy with an alternative tool for resolving disputes, which is incomparably faster and cheaper compared to the classic court procedure, and thus more efficient.

The document of Code of Ethics of Bankruptcy trustees aims to prescribe the principles of conduct and expectations of the profession for bankruptcy trustees in the process of their work.
The development of the Code is one of the goals of the Association, provided by the Statute. The plan is to complete the Code by the end of the year, with the active cooperation of fellow members.
