The document of Code of Ethics of Bankruptcy trustees aims to prescribe the principles of conduct and expectations of the profession for bankruptcy trustees in the process of their work.
The development of the Code is one of the goals of the Association, provided by the Statute. The plan is to complete the Code by the end of the year, with the active cooperation of fellow members.
