In order to better organize the work and communication with the members, two expert committees of the association were formed, and the persons of the Regional Coordinators were appointed by the decision of the Executive Board.
Expert committees were established on the initiative of the Executive Board of the association in order to provide answers to members’ inquiries related to the implementation of bankruptcy proceedings and existing practice.
Work in professional committees is a form of active contribution of members to the work of the association by which members:
• confirm and improve their own expertise and experience
• connect with colleagues and the professional bankruptcy and management community
• participate in the improvement and creation of the rules of bankruptcy management
Expert committees are divided into two thematic categories, legal and tax – accounting.
The association rewards the active contribution to the individual expert committee through benefits in the payment of membership fees. Based on the work of the expert committee, a base of professional knowledge will be created – a collection of questions and answers as a project of the lasting value for the bankruptcy management profession.
For the purpose of better communication with members from different parts of Croatia, by decision of the Executive Board of the association, several members were appointed as the Regional Coordinators.
The regions are determined according to individual Commercial Courts and divided into:
